Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of CoreFAQ AI (the “App”), a Shopify application operated by CoreWital. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
CoreFAQ AI helps Shopify merchants generate, review, edit, and publish FAQ content for products, collections, pages, blog articles, and homepage content, and optionally display FAQs on the Online Store via a theme app extension and structured data helpers.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing.
- You must have rights to the store content used for generation.
- You will not use the App to create unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.
- You must keep Shopify billing and plan selection accurate for your store.
3. AI-generated content
The App uses AI providers to suggest FAQ questions and answers from your Shopify content. Suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. You should review and edit all content before publishing.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify App Pricing / Billing API. Features and limits match the plan selected in the App. Plan changes can be made from Billing settings without reinstalling.
5. Availability and changes
We may update features, limits, or these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreWital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including SEO outcomes or customer-facing content decisions.
